THE email has come....

The email that notifies us that our passports have been mailed came today. Now it is only a matter of time for us receiving flight arrangements. Everything is full speed ahead now! :)

Progressing towards South Korea

We have gotten Mike's international driver's license, passports and applications for visas sent off, visits to family, and now....we hurry up and wait.

I have been able to see pictures of the apartment. We are going to wait and post some after we get there. I figure I will get JC to do a "video" tour.

We are staying with my parents. We are enjoying the time with them. However, we are "piled" on top of each other. haha! Too many suitcases here! :)

Hoping to update again before we fly the skies.............

And here we go......

Mike flew in last night, and we ran errands today. We will be going to get Mike's international driver's permit tomorrow. We also have to send off for visas.

Everything will be going fast and furious now. We are at my parents' now....will be heading to Texas Wednesday....then back to Mississippi on Sunday. Everything is up in the air next week. We cannot get flight arrangements until we have visas confirmed.

Part of me is really stressed out, and part of me is just ready to get there. Please pray for our families as they deal with our departure. Please pray for us during this transition, particularly the flight over! We will be flying with a two year old and a six year old! yikes!!!

God hasn't failed me yet! I have to keep saying it.....

In Transition....

We are so in transition mode right now. I moved us out of the house two and a half weeks ago. We headed over to Texas to visit Mike's family. We stayed there until Friday......drove some, got a hotel to get some sleep...and arrived back in MS yesterday. We headed to church this morning and spent time with my family this afternoon. I also took a long needed nap.

Yes, this transition is tiring. It is stressful. But it will be so worth it in the end.

I am praying for so many things.....that our family will mesh again without much stress, that the transition will go as smooth as possible for the boys, that the actual flights over there will go without a hitch...that the boys will be able to handle the travel well.

Thank you all so much for your prayers. I have a list for this week to get done. Then, Mike comes home on Sunday afternoon.

We are still in Texas. Trying to spend as much time with family before moving. JC has made some friends down the street. I cannot wait for that to happen in Korea! So excited about what awaits us!!!!

New year

Well, here is yet another year. I have made some goals. I have enclosed them in my other blog....my new life blog. I pray I can reach them!

Only two weeks until Mike gets home. Then, we can get ready and head to South Korea.
